Injection molded magnets are magnets produced by mixing magnetic powder, resin (PA6, PA8, PA12, PPS, etc.), additives, and other materials using a dedicated injection molding machine through injection molding. The magnetic force of injection molding magnet is slightly lower than that of sintered magnet, but it has the advantages of precise size, light weight, thin wall, complex shape, and stable magnetic properties, which can be bonded and formed with other metal components. In many precision, lightweight, and high-performance electronic products nowadays, injection molded magnets can meet their requirements, which is a difficult condition for sintered magnets to achieve. During the molding process, if an axial or radial external magnetic field is applied to the injection molded magnet, a magnet with higher magnetic properties can be obtained.

Mainly used for high-performance micro motors (stepper motors, brushless motors), automotive motors, copiers, laser printers, magnetic sensors, precision instruments, encoders, etc.
