Casting method: This is the most common method of making magnets. Melt appropriate proportions of iron, nickel, cobalt, and other materials, then pour them into the mold for cooling and solidification to form the desired shape of the magnet.

Pressing method: Mix magnetic powder (such as iron powder, iron oxide, etc.) with polymer plastic or adhesive, and then press it into the desired shape of the magnet blank through a pressing machine. Finally, after sintering or heat treatment, the magnet has a certain degree of magnetism.

Stretching method: By stretching a metal material with magnetism, it forms a magnetic domain arrangement during the stretching process, thereby obtaining magnetism.

Powder metallurgy method: Mix magnetic powder with an appropriate binder, and then make a magnet through processes such as pressing and sintering.

Regardless of the manufacturing method used, magnetization treatment is ultimately required to enhance the magnetic properties of the magnet. Magnetization can be achieved by placing a magnet in a magnetic field or by generating current from an electromagnet.
