Polymer magnetic compounds are one of the materials that endow the traditional applications of magnetism and polymers with new meanings and content, while continuously exploring new applications of magnetism and polymer polymers (synthetic resins, rubber). The early magnetic materials were derived from natural magnetite, which was later sintered or cast by Magnetite (ferrite). Now there are three kinds of magnetic materials commonly used in industry, namely ferrite magnets, rare earth magnets and Alnico magnets

Their disadvantages are both hard and brittle, and poor processability. In order to overcome these defects, polymer magnetic materials made by mixing magnetic particles in plastic or rubber have emerged. The composite polymer magnetic compounds made in this way have attracted increasing attention due to their light weight, easy processing into products with high dimensional accuracy and complex shapes, and the ability to form integrated with other components.
