Pulse magnetization method is the use of high-energy pulse current to magnetize a magnet, which has the advantages of fast magnetization speed, good effect, and wide applicability. This method is suitable for various permanent magnet materials, especially for the superior magnetization effect of high-performance magnets.

Operation method: First, fix the magnet on the magnetization device, and then connect the pulse power supply to the magnetization coil. Select the appropriate pulse current, pulse width, and pulse frequency based on the size, shape, and magnetic performance requirements of the magnet.
