5. Cooling:

After sintering, the object needs to be slowly cooled to ensure the stability of the crystal structure. Rapid cooling may lead to structural instability and affect magnetic properties.

6. Magnetization:

A magnet is not a permanent magnet until it is magnetized. This can be achieved through one of two main methods: placing it in a strong magnetic field or passing an electric current through an object. This process will orient the magnetism, making it an effective magnet.

7. Testing:

In the final stage of the manufacturing process, the magnet needs to go through quality control and testing. This includes checking the magnetic strength, shape, and other characteristics of the magnet to ensure they meet the required specifications.

These detailed steps ensure the production of high-quality and reliable permanent magnets.
