Injection molded magnets can be magnetized in various ways, such as inner and outer filling with radial multipole, axial multipole, single sided multipole, etc.

Production process of injection molded magnets:

During the molding process, the material is completely filled into the mold cavity at the highest concentration under strong injection pressure, and in addition, the material contains thermoplastic adhesives, resulting in good physical and mechanical properties of the magnet.

Mainly based on temperature characteristics, strength, water absorption, solvent resistance, complexity of magnet shape, and compatibility with magnetic powder.

Temperature characteristics: The maximum operating temperature of injection molded magnets depends on the magnetic powder and binder used. For example, the combination of ferrite powder with nylon 6 or PPS can pass the test at 180 . Nylon 12 melts at temperatures above 170 , so if the designed temperature of the magnet exceeds 150 , nylon 12 is not recommended for use.
